摘要
没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin-3-gallate,EGCG)具有抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移、诱导细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期等作用。许多研究表明其抗肿瘤作用与肿瘤细胞信号通路密切相关。现对EGCG影响肿瘤细胞信号通路的新进展作一综述。
Epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG) has the bioactivities of restraining tumor cell invasion and metastasis,inducing cell apoptosis,arresting cell cycles,and so on.Many studies show that its anti-tumor effect is closely associated with tumor cell signaling pathways.The paper reviews the effects of EGCG on tumor cell signaling pathways.
