摘要
哲学思维是医学思维的一般前提,哲学思维对医学思维有着普遍性的指导意义。在心内科教学领域同样需要哲学思维的指导。循证医学的成果雄辩地证明了辩证唯物主义认识论的正确性;矛盾特殊性原理在心内科领域指导我们具体问题,具体分析;系统论的观点,要求我们在心内科临床实践中要树立全局观念;因此需要心内科带教老师在临床教学中自觉运用哲学思维,做好临床教学工作。
Philosophical thoughts was the base of medical thoughts,it had instruction effect on medical thoughts and can be used in cardiological teaching field.The outcome of evidence-based medicine had demonstrated the correctness of dialectical materialism epistemology,the principle of contradiction specificity guided us to analyse different problems in different ways,system theory requested us to build up overall situation concept.We should apply Philosophical thoughts in clinical cardiological teaching field.
