摘要
在高等院校专业教学系,能否从战略的层面思考和落实整体提升高教管理水平,是考察专业教学系治教治系能力的一个重要方面。专业教学系的管理工作虽各自分立,但又是一项系统工程。我系将所有管理工作划分为战略发展规划与决策、教学管理、科研管理、学生管理、思想政治教育几个子系统,各系统既独立运行又相互支撑和连接转换。
For a specialty-teaching department, it is very vital to consider and fulfill the concept of holistically promoting teaching management level from the view of stratagem, which is considered as an important aspect in reviewing the department's capability of management and teaching. The management of a department, though respectively, is a systematic project. In our department, the management has been divided into following subsystems: strategic development planning and decision-making, teaching management, scientific research management, student affairs management, moral &political education, each of which not only operates respectively but also support each other and interchangeable.
