摘要
针对超超临界机组停机后锅炉过热器、主蒸汽管道和汽轮机缸体进行同步加速冷却的问题,提出了利用干抽真空的方法冷却机组的快速冷却技术,实践证明,该技术能有效减少冷却等待时间,缩短检修工期,提高机组可用性,为同类相关问题的解决提供了参考。
Aiming at the simultaneous fast cooling problem of the boiler super heater,main steampipe and steam turbine cylinder when ultra supercritical units are in downtime,this paper suggests usingthe fast cooling technology of dry vacuum suction.From the practice,it is known that this technology mayeffectively reduce the cooling waiting time,shorten repair period and improve the unit availability.
