摘要
完成了高压共轨供油泵及喷油器电磁阀驱动模块设计,给出了执行器相关故障检测方案,通过对故障诊断电路仿真研究和相应的诊断软件设计,在柴油机上完成了实际模块的驱动和故障诊断试验,试验结果表明该驱动模块达到了共轨系统驱动要求,同时实现了供油泵电磁阀以及喷油器电磁阀的短路、断路及喷油器的对地短路等故障检测,达到了系统应用要求。
The paper completes the design of driving current of common rail pump and injection system's solenoid valve and provides the scheme of fault detecting and diagnosing on interrelated actuators.Based on the research of circuit simulating and corresponding software,the experiment of driving and fault diagnosing was finished on the diesel.The results show that driving module satisfies the common rail's demand and the detecting of open and short circuit of pump's driving circuit and short to ground,open and inner short circuit of injection's driving circuit which satisfies the demand of system application.
