摘要
饭店岗位性别分工是对其服务产品生产过程的事前控制,这样可以提高顾客满意度。在分工完善的高星级饭店中,总体上男女比例均衡,男性员工占二分之一弱,女性员工占二分之一强;从部门来看,一线部门以女员工为主,二线部门以男员工为主;从职业生涯发展来看,管理岗位员工的性别比例源于服务岗位员工的性别比例。通过实证研究得出结论:饭店应根据岗位特点、顾客服务心理、劳动法规和胜任力等因素进行合理的岗位性别分工。
Gender-based division of labour of hotel posts is to control the productive process of its services products in advance so that the satisfaction degree of the guest can be improved.In high star hotels where the division of labour is perfect,men-women ratio is balanced on the whole,with women staff slightly over the men staff.Gender difference is sharp between departments with women taking most first line posts and men taking most second line posts.In terms of career development,the gender ratio of management posts comes from that of service posts.The study concluded that hotel should divide its posts between the genders according to factors such as the post responsibilities,guest service psychology,the Labour Law and the competence of staff.
