摘要
职业教育要使学生在掌握必要的文化基础知识的同时,具有熟练的职业技能和适应职业变换的能力。而实践性教学模式无疑是培养职业能力的最有效手段。实践性教学模式在教学理念、管理主体、学生角色,教师作用、教学空间与时间、教学内容与方法、教学结果与评价等方面都带来了深刻的变化,明确了学生在学习中的主体地位,使职业教育的办学质量和学生的职业技术技能水平都得到提升。
Vocational education request students master the necessary basic knowledge of the culture as well as the skillful professional skills and the ability to adapt to professional transformation.The practical teaching model is absolutely the most effective way to training vocational capacity.The practical teaching model bring profound changes in teaching philosophy、the main body of management、the students part、 teacher role、teaching space and time、teaching content and methods、teaching results and evaluation,etc.The model makes the students' dominant position in the learning clear,meanwhile promoted both on teaching quality and students' technical skills level in vocational education.
