摘要
"订单式"人才培养模式最大程度实现以就业为导向的目标、从根本上解决学生的就业问题,故而作为产学合作的一种重要模式在高职院校得以大力倡导。然而,从实践过程来看,该模式有其自身的优势但也面临着许多深层的矛盾和问题。本文就其现状进行分析和探讨。
'Orders' training model achieve maximum employment-oriented goals,it was to solute the problem of employment of the students from the fundamental,therefore industry cooperation was advocated as an important model in higher vocational colleges.However,from a practice point of view,the model has its own strengths but also faces many deep-rooted contradictions and problems.This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation.
