摘要
目的:制备符合药典要求的穿琥宁肠溶片剂。方法:以Eudragit L100为控释包衣材料,乙基纤维素(EC)为阻滞剂,PEG4000为增塑剂,用锅包衣法进行肠溶层包衣。结果:EC与Eudragit L100质量比为1:2,增塑剂用量为1.2%,聚合物包衣增重为8%时,所制得穿琥宁肠溶片剂的释放行为符合中国药典对缓释制剂释放度的相关规定。结论:此包衣处方及包衣工艺能够保证穿琥宁肠溶片的释放度符合中国药典规定。
Objective: to prepare kanji dehydrographolidi suoeinus enteric coated tablets.Methods: the enteric coating of kanji dehydrographolidi suoeinus tablets was prepared by pan coating,using Eudragit L100 as enteric coating material,ethyl cellulose(EC) as block agent and PEG4000 as plastifier.Results: in vitro release characterize of Kanji dehydrographolidi suoeinus enteric coated tablets consistented with the define of pharmacopeia when the quality ratio of EC and Eudragit L100 was 1:2,plastifier was 1.2% and weight gain was 8%.Conclusion: kanji dehydrographolidi suoeinus enteric coated tablets with was prepared.
