摘要
目的:优选黄连紫草膏的成型工艺。方法:以阿魏酸、小檗碱及黄柏碱释药速率的综合评分为指标,采用HPLC测定指标成分含量,选取羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、甘油、丙二醇及氮酮用量为考察因素,通过正交试验和体外释药性考察,筛选黄连紫草膏的最佳配方。结果:最佳配方为CMC-Na 4%,甘油8%,丙二醇6%,氮酮4%。结论:优选的成型工艺稳定性良好,影响体外释药的主要因素为基质用量,其次为甘油、丙二醇用量,而氮酮的影响较小。
Objective： To optimize forming technology of Huanglian Zicao ointments by orthogonal test. Method： With release rate of ferulic acid,berberine and phellodendrine as comprehensive evaluation index,the content of indicators ingredients was determined by HPLC,the amount of CMC-Na,glycerol,propylene glycol and azone were selected as factors,prescription of Huanglian Zicao ointments was investigated by orthogonal test and in vitro release properties test. Result： The best formula was as following：CMC-Na 4%,glycerin 8%,propylene glycol 6%, azone4%. Conclusion： This optimized forming technology had good stability,the main factor of in vitro release was matrix dosage,followed by the dosage of glycerin and propylene glycol,and azone had less effect.
