摘要
[目的]探讨晚期乳腺癌患者伴胸腔积液的治疗方法。[方法]选择25例乳腺癌伴胸腔积液患者,经胸腔穿刺抽液后,注射金葡素并予诺维本局部化疗。[结果]25例患者显效17例、部分缓解6例,无效2例,总有效率92%。[结论]金葡素与诺维本联合治疗乳腺癌晚期恶性胸腔积液疗效较好,毒副作用小。
[Objective] To explore the method of advanced mammary cancer with pleural effusion.[Method] Select 25 cases,injected with Jinpusu and Navelbine for focal chemical therapy.[Result] 17 cases had marked effect(68%);6 partly relieved(24%),2 of NC(8%);the total effective rate was 92%;[Conclusion] The said method has good cure effect with small toxic or side effects on the disease above.
