摘要
社会主义的根本任务是发展生产力 ,而科技是第一生产力 ,教育是科技转化为现实生产力的中介 ,因此 ,教育要优先发展。优先发展教育的根本目的是为社会主义现代化建设培养人才。要培养为社会主义现代化建设服务的“四有”合格人才 ,学校必须坚定不移地把正确的政治方向放在第一位 ,同时教育要“三个面向” ,贯彻教劳结合的原则。而合格人才的培养 ,教育方针的贯彻离不开教师 ,所以要尊重知识 ,尊重人才。
The nature and foundamental tasks of socialism is to develop productivity,while science and technology are first productivity,and education is the medium of how science and technology turn into productive forces,therefore,education is the first priority, whose foundamented goal is to foster talented persons for our socialism. To foster the “Four Qulified Persons”,schools should have “ the Three Gears”.Implement the principles of labour and education. But the fostering and the implementation could not succeed without teachers. Thus,we should value the knowledge,value the talented persons and most of all,value teachers.
