摘要
加强思想政治工作对新时期研究生培养起着重要作用。本文在分析研究生思想现状的基础上,提出加强研究生思想政治工作的思路,建立校、院两级思想政治工作管理机制的模式,并就研究生思想政治工作的体制和队伍建设提出若干设想。
To reinforce ideological education plays an important role of guaranting the cultivation of postgraduate in new period. Based on the analysis of present situation of postgraduate, the article puts forward the way of how to reinforce the ideological education of postgraduate, the model of establishing two grades in university and institution of combining centralized and decentralized education, probes some tentative ideas of system, carde and several specific measures.
