摘要
介绍了基于MCU与FPGA控制的步进电机细分驱动技术。步进电机的两相绕组电流按正弦和余弦规律变化,正弦/余弦表格嵌入FPGA中,实现了恒转矩细分驱动,提高了步进分辨率,细分数可达256,步进电机运行平稳,定位精确;利用MCU设定步进电机的转速、转向、细分数、通讯地址和波特率等,这些参数在LCD上显示,并由RS485串口通讯构成监控系统,特别适用于实时控制系统。
The paper introduces a subdivided driving technique of stepping motor realized by Micro Control Unit(MCU) and Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA).The currents in each winding of stepping motor change according to Sine and Cosine laws.Sin/Cos look-up table is embedded in FPGA.Constant Torque Subdivided Driving can be achieved and the step resolution is improved.The highest resolution is 256.The stepping motor operates as expected and is located accurately.The MCU is used to set up the speed,rotation directio...
