摘要
巧用迷惑型侦查谋略 ,可以降低破案成本 ,迅速克敌制胜。在制定迷惑型侦查谋略时 ,要遵循以惑诱错、示假隐真 ,以静制动、以柔克刚 ,以诈为本、巧设圈套 ,攻其不备、以奇制胜的要领 ,并在运用时注意有关问题 ,以达到有效控制和及时打击犯罪的目的。
By a tactful application of the confusing investigative strategy can the cost of cracking a crime be reduced , and the criminals be defeated swiftly. During the process of stipulating the confusing investigative strategy , we should follow such knacks as eliciting mistakes by luring , hiding truth by showing falsity , stopping motion by station ,defeating strength by weakness ,depending upon manoeuvres , making traps tactfully , attacking suddenly , and winning by incomprehensible strategies . And attention should be paid to relevant problems in the process of application , for the purpose of effectively controlling and promptly combating crimes .
