摘要
It is essential for the human resource management to establish a scientific and efficient evaluation system for the clothing industry. This paper discusses the evaluation system for the quality of clothing industry's salesman, using fuzzy set theory from the following five aspects: basic quality,work attitude, knowledge level,work ability and work achievement. A just and useful way for the human resource manager to evaluate employees' quality is elaborated.
