摘要
探望权是亲权的一项重要内容。新婚姻法增设了夫妻离异后有关探望子女的权利的规定。但是,这些规定过 于概括、过于笼统,导致现实生活中的探望权纠纷频频出现。本文则从法律规定出发,深入现实,拟就现实生活中折射出来 的此探望权不完善,还待商榷的问题作些尝试性的探讨,以便解决现实生活中已存在的问题。
Visiation is on important part of relative rights, the new marriage law establishes the rule of visiting the chilared after one couple divorce.The rlue tends to Over - generalize,so it leads to appear the tsulhes of visitaiton. According to the legal rules, the paper analyses the imperfection and a few points,and solves the exist problems in the real life.
