摘要
文章通过对我国《证券法》当中民事责任种类及其缺陷的分析,提出完善证券法民事责任制度的思路。
By analyzing the categories and drawbacks of the civil liabicities provided in the 《Security law》 of the People Republic of China, this Paper advance certain feasible methods to improve the related aspects of the existing China Security Law.
