教师的职责是教书育人,而他的主要职业活动方式是备课和教课。因此,备好课、教好课是教师职业的基本要求,是每位教师必备的基本技能之一。学会备课、备好课、教好课,既是现实的职业要求,又是教师应有的职业责任和任务,它体现了教师的职业责任感和使命感。对此,我们要有正确的认识,持辩证的态度,重视备课,努力提高备课质量,搞好教学。
Teachers' responsibily is to impart knowledge and educate people, while their main job activity is to prepare lessons and teach them. Therefore, to get lesson ready and teach well is the basic professional requirement for teachers. It's also an indispensable basic technical ability for every teacher. To learn to prepare lesson, get it ready and teach well is not only the realistic job requirement but also teachers' sense of professional responsibility, we should have correct understanding, hold a dialectical attitude towards preparing lessons, then to improve its quality and teach well.
