摘要
高校素质教育是我国高等教育发展的主题。但是,通过以教育病理学这个对教育反向研究的工具和视角分析发现,虽然经过了十几年的探索与实践,但当前的高校素质教育实施存在教育浪费、教育冲突、教育滞后、教育差别等问题。为此应采用和谐发展理论指导高校素质教育;加强素质教育制度的绝对供给,完善素质教育制度体系;政府重视,强力推进执行等治理对策。
Quality-oriented education in higher learning institutions is the theme in the development of higher education in China.
