摘要
本文以人格利益的全面保护和一体保护为基础 ,分析了一般人格权的必要性和应具备的特征 ,并以此为基础分析了我国未来民法典应该选择的人格利益保护模式。
This thesis analyses necessity and necessary characteristics of general personality right on the basis of full protection and whole protection of personality interests, on which basis the thesis analyses the protection model of personality interests that our country shall choose in the future.
