摘要
随着我国市场经济的不断发展和社会的进步,衍生出许多社会的中介组织来替代原是警察的部分职责,这种趋势是经济发展的必然,也是我国向民主法制社会迈进的趋势。本文立足高校教育,针对我国治安行政管理方面出现警察化的现象进行一些探讨,就治安行政警察化的可行性以及思路和对策进行研究。
With the constant development of market economy and social progress,has led to many social intermediary organizations to replace the part of police duties,this trend is inevitable for economic development in China and also to the trend towards democracy and the rule of law society.This article appeared in our country police of public security administration of the phenomenon of some research on law and order and the administrative police of the feasibility study the ideas and measures.
