摘要
针对自主研发的油气弹簧在跑车试验时节流阀片受冲击失效的现象,运用水击理论对其成因展开分析研究,建立阻尼阀物理模型,给出线性关闭状态下阀门开度随时间变化的方程,通过解偏微分方程的特征线法,创建阻尼阀非瞬时启闭水击数学模型;编程分析节流阀片处常通孔结构参数对阻尼阀所受瞬态冲击的影响规律,得出增大常通孔面积可减小阀门所受冲击的结论,同时开展阻力特性试验。得出的结论可以作为阻尼阀的设计参考,避免阀片断裂的再次发生。
