摘要
节气门是发动机的一个重要部件,直接影响发动机的进气。可变涡流节气门利用三片同向开启的扇形节流阀片来组织进气涡流。本研究建立了普通节气门和可变涡流节气门的模型,并在FLUENT里面进行了对比计算。结果表明,可变涡流节气门能产生更大的流速,增加流量,在一定程度上可以达到进气增压的目的,从而可以多喷入燃油,提高动力性和经济性。研究结果可为节气门的优化设计及与发动机的匹配提供理论依据。
The engine throttle is an important part, directly affect the intake case. Variable swirl throttle using three fan-shaped pieces to organize into the swirl, they also open and rotate for the same angle. In this paper, an ordinary throttle and variable swirl throttle model is established, which were compared in the FLUENT cal- culation. The results show that the variable swirl throttle produced a greater amount of flow velocity and flow. To some extent, it can serve the purpose of the intake supercharger, which can inject more fuel, increase pow- er and economy performance. The results can be optimized for the throttle and the engine design and provide a theoretical basis for the match.
