摘要
与工程职业共同体是延续时间很长的共同体不同,工程活动共同体一般都是存在时间不长的共同体。工程活动共同体的生命周期可分为三个阶段:酝酿和诞生阶段、发育和生存阶段、解体阶段。第一阶段"出场"的共同体成员是倡议者、委托者和领导者。在发育生存阶段,工程实施共同体不但增加了人数,而且成员结构也发生了重大变化。在第三阶段,工程实施共同体既可能是"正常解体"也可能是"非正常解体"。
