摘要
基础音乐课程的改革使音乐教师教育的改革迫在眉睫。音乐教师队伍质量的提高总体上依赖于改进音乐教师的职前教育。教师教育体系的变革要求音乐教育人才培养观念的变革。音乐教师教育应朝着多元、开放、专业化、高层次。
The reform of the basic music course made the reform of music teachers' training exigent. On the whole, the improvement of the quality of music teachers depends on their pre-service training. The reform of the teachers' training system requires the reform of the concepts in training music teachers. Such training should be geared to multi-element, open type, professionalization, high level and distinct features.
