摘要
建立了混凝土泵车臂架系统的虚拟样机模型,建模过程中实现了Pro/E-ADAMS-ANSYS的仿真环境相互集成,利用软件的各自优势完成了虚拟样机的动力学特性分析,仿真结果验证了初始设计的可行性,确立了在物理样机设计中的关键设计参数,为进一步的泵车臂架系统的优化设计和轻量化设计提供了依据.
A virtual prototype model of the concrete pump's boom system was established in this paper. An integration of Pro/E-ADAMS-ANSYS simulation environment is realized in the process of establishing prototype models. By combination of the advantages of all software, it is perform the analysis of the dynamics property. The virtual simulation results verify the feasibility of the initial structure design, and establish the design key design parameter in the physical prototype, and give further design considerations about optimization design and lightweight design of the pump's boom system.
