摘要
过对 1 988～ 2 0 0 1年 PDC钻头在中原油田应用的统计分析 ,以及新旧型号的 PDC钻头在中原油田的使用对比、利用电测曲线优选 PDC钻头 ,论述了 PDC钻头在中原油田的应用与发展。中原油田 PDC钻头钻进的机械钻速和单只钻头的进尺逐年提高 ,说明了 PDC钻头制造工艺技术、选型和现场使用均有较大的发展 ;由于 PDC钻头能较大幅度地提高机械钻速 ,从而降低钻井的综合成本 。
From statistic analysis of PDC bits that have been used in Zhongyuan oilfield from 1988 to 2001,the application and development of the bits in the oilfield are descried by contrasting the new bits with old ones and selecting them with electric logging plot The penetration rate of PDC bits and drill footage of single bit increasing year by year show that greater development are achieved in PDC bit manufacturing techniques,bit selection and field application Because the penetration rate could be greatly improved by using the PDC bits so as to reduce the composite costs of drilling, they have wide prospects of application
