摘要
长庆油田定边区块为油田上产开发的主战区,其目的层为长8组,近两年开始推广应用水平井、大斜度井,但该区块长7组存在大段油页岩,钻遇油页岩地层时井斜较大,油页岩段井壁易垮塌,起下钻及电测遇阻卡严重,甚至工程报废。文章阐述了该区块水平井、大斜度井在钻遇油页岩过程中,通过优化剖面设计,改进、优选PDC钻头及钻具结构,优选钻井液体系和配方,在确保井控安全的前提下使用较低密度的钻井液,安全顺利的钻穿了长7组油页岩地层,形成了该区块水平井、大斜度井安全钻井和持续提速的成熟工艺技术。
Dingbian Block is the main block of increasing the production in Changqing Oilfield and its target bed is Chang8 formation. Horizontal and high-inclination wells have been used widely in recent years. The oil shale is existent in Chang 7 formation of the block, which causes the borehole wall collapse and sticking when tripping and logging in this section, even makes a well discarded. In order to ensure drilling safety in Chang 7 oil shale formation, the drilling design was optimized, PDC bit and drilling tool structure were improved, and system and compounding formula of drilling fluid were optimized. The drilling technology suited for high-inclination and horizontal wells in Dingbian block was formed.
