摘要
近代放射治疗建立在放射物理学、放射生物学和临床肿瘤学基础上,上述三个领域近期的发展对放射治疗进展作出了重要贡献:放射物理学的三维立体定向(3D-CRT)的出现和应用,使肿瘤体外放疗更加精确;根据放射生物学的研究分割(照射)成果,使临床放射治疗设计出不同的分割治疗方案,其中受普遍关注的是超分割照射、加速超分割照射;临床肿瘤学的进展使得各种治疗肿瘤的手段在综合治疗(包括放射治疗)模式上发生变化。
The modern radiotherapy is based on the development of radiological physics, radiological biology and clinical oncology. The application of 3D - CRT, thanks to radiological physics, makes the in vitro radiotherapy become more accurate. Quite a few results have been obtained in the fractionation in radiological physics, which resulted in different fractional therapies, including fractionation and hyper - fractionation, accelerated hyper - fractionation. The advance of clinical oncology has changed the tumor comprehensive treatment modes (including radiotherapy).
