摘要
西方管理文化的局限性表现为理性主义和个人主义对人文精神的忽视 ,东方管理文化的局限性则表现为科学理性的缺陷。要建立我国科学的管理理论 ,应克服东西方管理文化中各自的局限性 ,以唯物史观的哲学文化发展观为理论基础 ,吸收西方管理文化中的合理成份 ,挖掘我国管理文化中的精华 ,进而实现自身的文化转型与更新。
The limitation of Western management culture is the ignorance of reason,individulism and humanism spirit; the limitation of Eastern management culture is the lack of scientific reason. In order to establish our scientifc management theory, we should overcome their own limitations of Eastern and Western management cultures,based on the philosophy culture development conception theory of materialism history concept, absorbing rational element of culture in Western management theory, excavating essence of culture in our management theory, and realizing our own cultural transformation and renewal.
