摘要
我国加入WTO后,科技期刊在面临前所未有的发展机遇的同时,不可避免地将遭遇极为严峻的挑战。面对机遇和挑战,如何调整发展战略并采取相应的对策?通过对加入WTO后我国科技期刊所面临的挑战分析,从强化服务意识、增强信息意识、实现信息化管理、开展信息服务、引入产业化机制、参与国际竞争等方面阐述了应采取的对策。
Since the entry of WTO, technical journals are faced with greater developing opportunities than ever, they inevitably have encountered extremely severe challenges. In terms of these opportunities and challenges, how to adjust the developing strategies and take appropriate measures? By analyzing the challenges that technical journals are going to encounter after the WTO entry, the author expounds that the measures should be taken in the aspects of strengthening service awareness and information consciousness, accomplishing informationalized management, promoting information services, introducing industrialized mechanism, participating in international competition and so on.
