摘要
针对高校基础研究投入不足,研究力量簿弱和科技资源“小而散”,成果产业化机制不畅等问题,提出加大基础研究投入,借鉴美国联邦实验室模式组建研究院和积极支持技术转移平台建设,理顺成果转化渠道等建议。
In order to deal with the problems in high institutions,such as insufficient investment in basic research,weak contingent in scientific research,few and decentralization of S&T resources,distempered mechanism for industrializing S&T achievements,and so on,it puts forward some suggestions,namely extending investment in basic research,organizing research institutes in terms of U.S laboratory mode,actively supporting the construction of technical transfer platform,smoothing the transformation channel for S&T achievements,and something else.
