摘要
目的:研究CCL_4诱导大鼠肝维化不同时期的细胞因子TGF-β_1和IFN-γ的变化趋势。方法:采用细胞生物法检测TGF-β_1和双抗夹心酶标(ELISA)法检测IFN-γ的含量,同时进行肝组织学检查及羟脯氨酸含量测定。结果:在肝纤维化各阶段中TGF-β_1均逐步升高,IFN-γ在肝纤维化中前期缓慢升高,后期显著升高。结论:TGF-β_1和IFN-γ均参加与肝维化发生的细胞因子的调节。
Objective To observe the changes in serum levels of the cytokines, TGF -β1 and IFN -γ in rats with liver fibrosis induced by carbon tertachloride. Methods The serum levels of TGF-β1 and IFN -γ were determined by cytobiological method and ELISA respectively. Hydroxyproline content in the hepatic tissue was determined and the hepatic tissue was histologically examined in the rats with liver fibrosis. Results The serum level of TGF -β increased gradually in the whole process of the experimental liver fibrosis . The serum level of IFN -γ increased slowly at the early stage and significantly at late stage. Conclusion TGF -β1 and IFN -γ may play a role in pathogenesis of the liver fibrosis.
