摘要
当前的学生教育管理现状已不能适应高等教育改革的形势 ,本文提出了关注学生主体性发展 ,重视引导学生自律 ,把提高学生自我教育、自我管理能力作为新时期学生工作的重要任务来抓的新思路。
The current situation of student education and management can not meet the requirements of the reform of the higher education. This paper propeses a new idea of paying attention to students' subject development and guiding students' self-discipline Improving the students' abilities of self education and self management is an critical task of the students' management in the new era.
