信誉高于一切 ,政府信用在社会信用体系中起着关键的作用。政府信用的核心是为人民服务。构建政府信用 ,领导干部必须身体力行 ,率先垂范 ;必须将道德教育与制度建设、法制建设结合起来。判断政府信用状况须坚持“三个有利于”
Credit is of the uttermost importance and plays a key role in the social credit system. Government credit is centered on serving the people. To construct government credit, the leadership should live the principle and set good examples. Moral education should be combined with the construction of institution and legislation. The evaluation of government credit should be based on three-favorable standard.
