摘要
预期效应是经济学的概念,它衡量某些不确定因素对经济的影响程度,反映某些要素投入与产出之间的关系。个人与组织在人力资本的投入、开发、配置以及使用中同样有着预期效应。阐述了组织在选拔、使用人才时的评价尺度对人力资源的影响;个人在求得自身发展时应预期奋斗的目标。
This paper describes the expected effect of investment, development, deployment and use in human resource for both organization and individual. It also describes the influence of evaluation standard of selecting and using person ability in an organization as well as what kind of goal should be expected when the individual makes his personal development.
