摘要
在分析电子商务中隐私权的概念和特征的基础上,借鉴美国、欧盟对网络隐私权保护所采取的立法措施,结合我国目前对网络隐私权保护的现状,提出了我国保护电子商务中消费者隐私权所应当采取的措施。
This essay analyses the concept and its character of primacy right in E-commerce,refers to the legal measures taken to protect network primacy in America and European Union,points out the status in quo of China's network primacy protection,suggests measure for China to protect network consumers' primacy in E-commerce.
