摘要
对高校学生工作进行有效的评价,消除传统的年度考核的弊病。本文吸取有关绩效评价理论。把这种现代的考评理念移植到对高校学生工作的考核中来,从而建立科学的高校学生绩效评价体系。
To evaluate the student work in higher school effectively and to overcome the drawbacks in traditional annual assessment, the paper absorbs the theory of performance evaluation and applies the modern assessment concept into the assessment of the student work in institutions of higher learning so as to establish a scientific system for performance evaluation of the students in institutions of higher learning.
