摘要
我国高等教育改革应立足于培养适应现代化建设的需要人才的教育目标 ,对高等学校组织结构、课程设置、教师队伍建设进行一系列的改革和调整 ,造就出具有创新精神和创造能力的高素质人才。
Our higher education should center around the educational goal of cultivating the talents who can meet the needs of modernization establishment,reform and adjust the organizational structure of universities,course design,the ranks of teachers and cultivate the talents with creative spirits and high quality.
