摘要
由于传统体制和历史观念的影响 ,以及政府管理失衡和企业经营近利的制约 ,导致我国高技能人才的短缺。转变择业观念 ,优化就业分配机制 ,完善统筹制度 ,强化监督机制 ,从根本上促进高技能人才的培养。
Under the influence of traditional system and historical concept,and the imbalance of government management and the restriction of enterprise managing for profits,all this leads to the shortage of the talents with high technical ability in our country. We should transform their concept in seeking jobs,optimize employment distribution mechanism,perfect the system of plan as a whole,strengthen supervision system and promote the cultivation of talents with high technical ability.
