摘要
我国社会保障立法的缺陷主要表现为立法理论及立法体系的缺陷。立法理论的缺陷主要为立法立论与立法基本原则上的欠缺。立法体系的缺陷主要为体系层面、效力层次及功能方面的缺陷。我国社会保障立法工作应在上述分析的基础上作进一步的调整与完善。
: The legalization of security of our country shows flaws mainly in legislative theory and legislative system. The defects in legislative theory are reflected in legislative angle and legislative principles. While the defects in legislative system are reflected in systematic dimensions . effect levels and functions. Therefore the legislation of social security of our country should be further adjusted and perfected on the basis of the analysis above.
