摘要
详细地阐述了在排调课工作中如何实现最优化与确保平衡性的途径及原则 ,论述了在排调课工作中达到最优化与平衡性相结合的目的及意义 。
This paper elaborately sets forth the ways and principles to realize the optimization and maintain the equilibrium in arranging and adjusting curriculums. It's also expounds the significance to achieve both of those mentioned above. The proper arrangement and appropriate adjustment of curriculums which exerts a tremendous influence upon normal teaching activities is emphasized in this article.
