摘要
目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定曲克芦丁氯化钠注射液含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2 C18柱200 mm×4. 6mm, 流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(38:62:0.4) 柱温:室温,流速为1mL/min,测定波长为254nm。结果曲克芦丁标准溶液浓度在0.2-4ug/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.43%;高、中、低3种浓度曲克芦丁样品溶液日内精密度为1.98%,日间精密度为2.56%。结论该方法简便、结果准确,适用于曲克芦丁氯化钠注射液的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of Ttoxerutin in Ttoxerutin and sodium chloride Injection by HLPC. Methods The separation was performed on a Hypersil 0DS2 C18 Column. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water- phosphoric acid (38: 62: 0.4V/V). The flow rate was 1mL/min. The ultraviolet wavelength was 254nm. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity in range of 0.2-4ug/mL (r=0.9998); The mean recovery was 100.43%. The within-day RSD was 1 .98%, and inter-day RSD was 2.56%. Conclusions The method was simple, convenient and accurate and can be used for the quality control of toxerutin and sodium-chloride Injection.
