摘要
继父母对继子女的收养是我国现行《收养法》中规定的一种收养方式,现实生活中大量再婚家庭的出现也使得继父母对继子女的收养可以成为调整再婚家庭关系的良好措施之一。但该制度在现实生活中并没得到很好的运用。一方面是人们没有更多了解收养这一法律行为对维系再婚家庭的良好促进作用,同时现有的完全收养制度也是阻碍再婚家庭选择收养方式的因素。基于现实的需要,我们有必要对继父母收养继子女问题作更多探究与思考。
Adopting stepchildren by the stepparents is one kind of adopting method in the Adoption Act and it has been one good measure to adjust the relationship of remarried family with more and more people selecting remarriage.However,this system couldn't been applied properly in our real life.One reason is that people couldn't learn more about the good function to improve the construction of remarried family of it,and the system of full adoption in our Adoption Act maybe also has hampered many people to select this kind of adoption.We should do more research and introspection on the problems about adoption of stepchildren by the stepparents in view of the need of reality.
