摘要
市场监管体制约束失效和个体利益最大化的追逐行为,在社会公德缺失的条件下,导致假冒伪劣产品的不断衍生。极大地侵害了消费者的权益并扰乱了正常的市场经济秩序。本文通过对假冒伪劣产品的现状与成因进行剖析,揭示了产生假冒伪劣产品的机理,并就遏制假冒伪劣产品的对策进行了有益探讨。
In the condition of lack of social morality,the invalidation of market supervise and the maximization of individual interest make the increase of fake commodity.The fake commodity harms the rights of consumers and disturbs the natural economic system.This paper analyses the actuality and cause of fake commodity,and finds the driven mechanism of fake commodity.We also discuss the suggestions to deal with the fake commodity.
