摘要
欠发达地区高等教育发展战略目标是发展战略研究的核心,是一个多类别的目标体系。构建目标体系应从规模、质量、结构和效益四个方面切入,分析数量(规模)目标、质量目标、结构目标和效益目标确立的科学依据、影响因素和具体内涵,并提出实施战略目标途径和促进欠发达地区高等教育良性循环的发展思路。
The strategic goal of higher education development in less-developed areas is the core of developing strategic research,which is an object system with multi-categories.The construction of object system should start from scale,quality,structure and profits,analyze the goals of quantity, quality,structure and profit to establish scientific basis,influential factors,and concrete connotation and put forward means of carrying out the strategic goals and promoting the favorable development of higher education in less-developed areas.
