摘要
目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法对87例(95只眼)翼状胬肉患者行显微镜下翼状胬肉切除并做角膜缘干细胞移植,术后随访观察12～24个月。结果术后复发3只眼,复发率3.44%。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果是肯定的,是一种理想的手术方法。
Obiective TO study autotransplam tation corneal limbus stem cell transplantation therapeutic pterygium is effect. Methods 87 cases(95 eyes)pterygium were excised under microscope with corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. All cases were followed. up for 12～24 month5. Results Three eyes after the operation. were respectivelied recurrentrate 3.44%. Conclusions:Micro-surgical. excision of pterygium combined.with corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. therapo utic's effect is cure. this oporation is good treadment promote the therapeutic effect.
