摘要
为了使龙江县可持续发展纳入量化过程,首先确定出建立可持续发展指标体系的基本原则,根据社会─经济─资源─环境复合系统的原理构造出龙江县可持续发展指标体系框架结构,其次建立了3个层次、4个系统、27个指标要素的龙江县可持续发展指标体系,依据《龙江县统计年鉴》等数据计算出龙江县的可持续发展综合评价指数,提出了今后龙江县的发展战略.
To bring sustainable development ability of Longjiang County into line with the process of quantification,first this article ly,sets the basic principles for establishing the sustainable development indicators system.This paper establishes the multi-level structure of the sustainable development indicators system according to the theory of the compound system: Society-economy-resources environment.Secondly,it establishes sustainable development indicator of 3 layers,4 systems and 27 indicators for Longjiang County.Finally,comprehensive evaluating index of Longjiang County is calculated based on the data of Longjiang Statistics Yearbook.Development strategy of Longjiang County in the future is suggested.
