摘要
从正确把握合理利用土地的含义、土地资源的可持续利用性及土地资源利用与可持续发展的关系出发,客观地分析了商洛山区土地资源特点及土地利用中存在的主要问题。结合地区实际提出通过科学规化、强化管理,以经济手段调控土地利用,实行建设用地有偿使用,充分利用存量土地等措施,以期获得土地利用的最佳综合效益,进而促进商洛经济、社会、资源、环境的全面可持续发展。
The characteristics of ground resouces of Shangluo mountain district and the main problems occurred in the course of how toutilize ground were analyzed objectively. In oder to gain the best comprehensive benefit and in all aspects to facilitate the continuable development of society,economy, resources and environment,the writer put forward several methods which are based on Shangluo facts,such as making scientific plan and managing seriously,adjusting the utilization of ground by way of economy,putting the geound for construction to use at acost,and utilizaing the conservative ground efficiently.
